'Broken down cars in the parking lot. People yelling and arguing in the hallways . Doors being slammed repeatedly. Both security locks on my door were broken.stayed 4 nights and no cleaning or even fresh towels or trash emptied.'

'I arrived promptly for check in. The place is a mixture of low income housing, retirement community, and dirty. Loitering of homeless, sketchy area. When I went to check in, all AC Units were out, and it was a good 85 degrees in the lobby. I was told they’d cancel my stay and refund my payment by the hotel manager, but would have to contact Expedia as booked through them. After contacting Expedia, I was told hotel manager went back in their word, refusing my refund. Very shady business...

'Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.'

'The building is old and looks like they need renovation. The furniture is old and has damage. The carpet is dirty. Allot a room for better cleaning due was dust en the room. The tv is so old and not sure if I recommend. Yes the price is cheap but you can see why!
Definitely not staying there again.'

'The room was clean, but there was not even a cup in a room with a kitchenette,
No plates coffee machine etc.
Its strange the front desk is closed most of the day , all evenings and on sundays with a large metal shutter so there is no one to communicate with ?
It tells you to slide your key under the metal shutter when leaving not even a secure drop box. It was a fair price for the room. Lots of weed smell around building but its colorado so not uncommon.'

'Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and a large store within walking distance. We had a great stay. My only comment would be regarding the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom shower. They are fixed on the wall and refilled. The scents were woodsy and masculine. Personally, I would have preferred individual amenities with a more neutal fragrance.'
