'Good location, great view, great space. Couple of things let it down. You can see they do a clean between visitors but there is no sign of deep cleans. So much dust/stains. Seeing all that dust meant I didn’t trust the kitchen to be clean and only used it to make a cup of tea after washing the cup. It might have been clean but maybe it wasn’t. It is a bit of a shock when you walk into the property as there is low light and black walls with intense looking faces. Felt unsafe on initial approach....

'Great location. Fantastic accomodation. Only disappointments were only getting checkin information 10 minutes before check-in time. Caused some concern and anxiety as to whether information would come through incase of poor internet/mobile reception. Also a 3pm checkin is much later than everywhere else we have stayed.'

'Really great spot. It’s our no. 1 place to stay if in Launceston. Perfect of just the two adults, even better if we’ve got the two kids with us. Convenient, close to everything, yet tucked away for privacy, love that we can just bring our food and have it whenever the kids want something. Great spot!'

'Lovely stay in a beautiful bush setting. Great for our kids with all the animals and fun things to see and do. We especially loved the pigs and feeding a wallaby Joey that Michelle was caring for. '
