'Our stay, there was great, we traveled all the way to Florida to stay there for four nights to visit families. We decided to leave a night early because our son got sick. We talked to the staff the night before and they said they would refund us the night we didn’t stay. I talked to Expedia and they tried multiple times getting a hotel so we could get a refund and they heard nothing. Our room was fantastic but not happy that we’re not getting a refund our night. We didn’t stay there.'
