'Villa has all the amenities you require. On arrival the villa was clean but it felt it had been cleaned a long time before we arrived, it didn’t have a fresh feel but there was plenty of cleaning products to use. The outside terrace is lovely but the roof terrace is of no use- it looks neglected, total waste of an area- it could be lovely with a little makeover. 'This is our second time of staying in this villa. The location, walkable to Mijas, is excellent. There is plenty of space for 10 guests in varying rooms. It is not modern luxury but a very traditional and interesting house which is very comfortable and good communal areas. The pool area is huge with plenty of sun beds and a well maintained pool. 'We had a nice stay, location is very good and quiet even though it is has close neighbours. The freeway, beach, couple of restaurants are close. A good supermarket is driving distance. The house it self is great aswell and when we did had issues the owner will act up on it directly. We had just two things. - When we got there the floors where not cleaned (outside and inside) and the kitchen cleaning could have been better, but the rest was great. - if you have a young child, you cannot leave...
