'no USB-c charging ports in room. this is ridiculous in 2026/ But your desk clerk actually went out, bought and delivered to my room a charging cable. Refused payment!!! So until you renovate to add modern charging infrastructure, why don't you keep some correct cables at the desk. Charge guests a deposit of $10, refund on departure/return?'

'Really loved staying at the roost on Rainey. Bed was really comfortable and the rooms and common area were very cute. Was a little loud at night due to Rainey street but no biggie.'

'Awesome location on Congress with wonderful amenities! The only downside was street noise in the form of muscle cars revving up outside, noticeable even on the 25th floor. However, the room was furnished with a white noise machine that blocked most of it out at night. The corner room has amazing views!'
