El hotel está bien en general. Cerca de la estación Rho.Sin embargo él punto negativo es que el encargado nunca está , entonces la puerta está cerrada. Si se necesita algo hay que estarlo llamando por teléfono para que llegue a abrir, o sea hay que tener línea de teléfono Italiana para poder llamar además de hablarle en Italiano, sino , NO hay forma de comunicarse, pero llega rápido.

questo b&b è comodo ai mezzi..stazione 10 min a piedi..silenzioso..pulito ed economico..stanza bellissima con frigo ..molto curata nei dettagli e attrezzata da tutti i confort..ci ritornerò senz'altro!

Todo muy limpio y conveniente para el aeropuerto, el precio era accesible un poco afuera de la cuidad, pero volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí

Property is relatively good for the area. Really close to the station. Never met Vito in person (the receptionist landlord) but I was able to get into the property late at night due to delays in transport. The room was clean but one downside was that the lock was hard to open and that there was no soap in the shower room.

Non sono contattabili dopo le ore 22.00. Nonostante pagamento anticipato alle 22.30 ho dovuto contattare in altra struttura altrimenti sarei rimasto a dormire per strada. Scandaloso

Buongiorno Questa recensione non risponde al vero, la struttura è aperta fino alle 24,00 con il telefono è reperibile 24/24 non conosciamo questo signore , non abbiamo incassato nulla come struttura, lo stesso ha pagato a Exspedia o hotel.com Pertanto questa recensione è falsa e chiediamo la rimozione La direzione

Beware
Comfort and cleanliness of the hotel was more than acceptable. However, my room had been overbooked which I later discovered was due to a couple who had booked a longer stay and at twice the price!! Was asked to show up at the original hotel the following evening where I would be "personally" transferred to the alternative hotel for my second and last night. Just to rub salt into the wound on arrival at the hotel and I was asked to go and have dinner as the proprietor was busy collecting the two guests, that were taking my room, from the Airport. At 10.30 pm I finally arrived at the new hotel and with no other option due to the time and availability I am obliged to sleep in a room which would struggle to obtain a 1star rating. Not What I had booked and certainly not what I had paid for. Beware, if you are asked to transfer to another hotel make sure a suitable replacement hotel is available before checking out, an important lesson learnt.

Buongiorno Mi spiace per il signor Angelo, abbiamo offerto a lui varie opzioni per la ricollocazione in altra struttura, ma lui ha detto che voleva rimanere a Rho. Abbiamo trovato un B&B che sicuramente non era come il nostro, il cliente ha accettato ha dormito ha fatto colazione è stato garantito a lui il servizio taxi gratuito, non ha espresso alcuna lamentela e dopo 10 giorni scrive una recensione che non ha nulla a che vedere con la nostra struttura perché non ha dormito nella nostra struttura . Ci dispiace ma la sua ricollocazione è stata concordata con hotel.com
