'Excellent service always stay here when we come and visit family. Can never fault anything with these rooms. Our shower head was broken on Saturday morning they got the plumber out Saturday morning to fix it. Great service and onto it. Thank you for the service.'

'Dissapointing, unpleasant smell and a dated interior. Good location, but very dated, raw brick interior with an unpleasant smell inside the rooms. Online pictures of the property didn't match the reality. Interior of the rooms and bathroom had a dusty/mouldy smell, not I think from any lack of cleaning but more from the old fit out and build up of dust and damp in the exposed brick mortar and old grout joints between tiling. 'Place was nice, but there was no wifi all weekend and when asked they said it will be back on Monday, which was after my trip ended. TV wasn’t working. I was there on a work trip, and not having wifi made my life really hard. Other than that, the bed was nice bathroom was clean. Additionally there was no parking at the hotel, which was not mentioned. Furthermore the road in front was closed and that was not told as well.'

'The accommodation was clean and comfortable, if a little dated. Facilities were basic but the presence of a microwave was a real help. One drawback was that the air conditioner was quite noisy but, in Mildura in mid winter, was a constant necessity. An electric blanket for the bed would have allowed me to turn off the air-conditioner.'
