'Excellent location within walking distance of pretty much everything you need. Short drive to Sandbanks which was great and the house was perfect for us. 'We visited PEC for our annual Christmas get together with our 3 girls and their families. There were 8 adults and 5 children. Sleeping accommodations worked out well as one of the children slept in a travel crib in his parent’s room. The place was lovely and clean. The hot tub was a big hit!
