'Only one elevator was in service and parking is limited. Only one parking lot entrance to premises after 9pm as well. Low water pressure too'

'The room was nice but average. The part I didn’t like is that it is summer and the pool wasn’t clean. Algae growing on the walls and debris in the pool. Hot tub was about the same.'

'The room needs to be more clean. I liked that i was asked if like to see the room first then after I reported there was no water in sink over the counter and it was immediately fixed. Parking illumination was okay and a/c running perfectly.'

'The stay was great. The biggest thing that aggravated me is I asked for the smallest thing to be fixed which was a freaking light bulb in a closet and for some reason it was a complete inconvenience for them to come up there and change a light bulb. Also, as a female, if you don't have proper lighting in the bathroom, you cannot put your face on the way that you would like it to look when you go out and about. So other than that little stupid hiccup, the stay was great.'

'Smell of the room was terrible I talk to the staff about smell they offer me different room the smell is same.Door in the restroom broken not able to close all away for privacy. Bathtub looks dirty . Cockroach in the restroom. Staff not helpful anything you as them they tell you wait for manager.'

'Would not come back. You get what you pay for. Maintenance of property and rooms was very poor, did not feel safe checking in or staying the night. Roach made it into my room lowkey but could’ve just been weather bringing bugs out. Room got cleaned pretty quickly when I left for day so that was nice. Staff was not very helpful but nice.'

'The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. '

'Checked in. We noticed roaches and had to leave around 11pm. There was an infestation. Contacted Expedia have yet to get my refund back. Office staff “Veronica” said we couldn’t get refund thru them. Expedia struggles to get in contact with front office to confirm situation.'
