'Three night reservation with arrival date of July 5 made through Expedia, changes allowed until July 3. Had a flight delay the morning of July 4, unable to make it to the property the first night. Started calling the property at 0800, everything said refer email, could not call and talk to a human. Tried calling Expedia. Everything was AI. Was going to be charged an ADDITIONAL $25 to cancel one night with no refund of the cancelled night. Tried to change the dates, still making it a three night...

Then said he could not accept the reservation confirmation on my phone and that the Expedia confirmation number meant nothing to him. 'Immaculate property and room. Parking at room door. Spacious, clean room. Comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave. Sitting area with ottoman. Good selection of tv channels. Close to places to eat. 20 minutes from Flight 73 memorial which is worth a visit. Would definitely recommend and stay again.'
