Onlangs gerenoveerd huis, gunstig gelegen binnen 2 mijl van TIEC. Rustige, landelijke omgeving, omringd door landbouwgrond. Gemakkelijke toegang tot snelwegen voor een rit van 45-60 minuten naar de luchthavens van Greenville / Charlotte / Asheville en de omliggende toeristische attractie in die steden. Bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zoals Chimney Rock State Park en Lake Lure zijn binnen 20 minuten van huis. Ruiterpaden, wandelen, golfbanen en vele andere attracties zijn vlakbij.

Home is uitzonderlijk schoon en vrij van rommel met een open plattegrond en veel natuurlijk licht. Volledig ingerichte keuken en badkamers. Wasdroger. Slaapkamers zijn ruim met grote inloopkasten. 2 queensize bedden, 1 tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank voor een comfortabele accommodatie van 8 personen. So close to TIEC!

This place is a great location for when you’re showing at TIEC - just an 8 minute drive! The house is super clean and there is plenty of parking space (we drive a big pick-up). Lots of nice towels and the beds are very comfortable.

Country living

The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. When we arrived there were only 2 fire alarms in the entire unit and one of them had been dismantled. There were some other minor issues as well but all were taken care of immediately once we notified the hosts. This unit is a double wide mobile home and not a house and I think that that should be included in the description. Although it is an older unit, everything was very clean and neat. The property is lovely but is in a remote area surrounded by pasture land. Several times the neighbors cows escaped from the field next door and were happy to migrate onto our front lawn during our stay. A call to 911 and to animal control brought the farmer out to herd the cows back into their pasture. It was quite entertaining. All in all, the hosts were very helpful and the property and unit although not elaborate was safe, clean and acceptable.

Decent place to stay - quiet neighborhood

Property is well located if visiting Tyron Equestrian center. It was a bit of a drive to all the other attractions in the area such as Chimney Rock. We had a few plumbing issues but property owner got them fixed promptly.

Super close to TIEC!

We needed something super close to TIEC and this delivered. We weren’t looking for plush accommodations - just a place to sleep really as we were at the center 7am to 7pm daily. This was perfect for what we needed.

The Best Christmas Gift Ever!!

It was much better than I expected!! What a beautiful home!! This is a home away from home. Our experience was absolutely fantastic. I am truly at a loss for words in trying to explain what a great time we had. The kids were able to play outside and breathe that fresh mountain air each morning. A clean and beautiful home with all amenities. We just had to purchase food. This is a definite getaway from city life!!!

Just what we needed.

Perfect stay for our family. It was restful and quiet. We enjoyed the great front lawn and the grill on the back patio. Lots of large closets for storage of those extras you bring with you. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect!

The home was lovely and immaculate! I loved staying here and it is very close to the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Sarah was kind, responsive and a terrific host. It was peaceful, perfect and I felt safe there. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with nice cookware including a Keurig Coffee Pot in addition to a Regular Coffee Pot. I will look forward to booking my upcoming horseshow trips at Sarah's home. She also has two other VRBO homes and 2 RV pads. I highly recommend this place!
