'Two things about this property that make it good: 1 is the location- short drive to historic lundrum and Tryon, 2 there is a hot tub. The parking is a narrow spot that fits a small crossover, SUV or sedan. uphill so difficult to get in and out of the car. The floor is coated concrete so like a garage. Smelled musty but once we got the dehumidifier going it went away. The chinsy bistro table is centered over a drain so it isn't stable. I used my foot to hold it down from wobbling. We ate out...

'A magical farm you won't want to leave! Plenty of room to roam and sit outside to enjoy nature during the day. At night we really enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub under the lit pergola. Slept like a baby on a very comfortable bed and loved that we had the option for A/C or a fan and that we could open the "garage" door on the unit for fresh air if we wanted. And finally, the best part of Alpine South, the family who runs it. They make you feel like you're staying with old friends from the moment...

'Our experience was beyond amazing! Everything was very clean and neat when we arrived and the place was gorgeous!'

'The cutest little find. Hosts were punctual with response times and the container house was very cozy. The espresso machine was a fun touch I didn’t pay attention to when booking. Much needed relaxing getaway.'

'Great house! Will stay again!'

'Great views from back deck and a great location. Close to everything. Look forward to going back.'

'This was a great property for our stay while attending a horse show at Tryon. Very close to the location, clean and well equipped. The hosts were wonderful and made sure everything was ready for us to arrive and kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.'

'Great property. Very clean, great location, more than enough space and plenty of beds!'

'We loved the location of this property, private feeling and with trees all around. The smells and sounds of summer and nature were very relaxing. We loved the outdoor space and the windows which afforded a lovely view no matter where you looked. It was a like a tree house get away. There are stairs to get to the front door and stairs to get down to the 2nd bathroom and beds on the “basement” level. The downstairs can only be accessed from the outside and is completely separate from the main...

'Cozy place with a fenced yard for the dogs. Close to everything'

'This was a great little house. It was well equipped and even had K-cups and sweetner already stocked. This little extra touch was a great. The house was super cute and we actually ran into the owner who has a house on property and he let my son feed the fish in the pond that is on property. Great experience.'

'The house has definitely aged since the photos were taken. The landscaping is quite over grown. The hot tub was dirty so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. When we tried to vacuum the vacuum was all clogged up so my husband had to clean it which is not something we wanted to do on our weekend get away. It was a really nice quiet dead end street with beautiful views. The lock on the patio is broken and it took quite some finagling to get that to even open. It’s a beautiful spot, the house just...
