'We got there after 11pm no attendance had a sign to use the phone and call this number for assistance so we did after we hung up we heard the phone ring behind the counter then guy pulled up the counter door it's it's seems like why your we checking in so late. Then in the morning the counter door was closed again we call again got hang up on so we slide the room key underneath the counter door and left. '

'During our check-in, my mother couldn’t make it up to the second floor. The front desk person then offered to move her to the first floor! Customer service was completely great! Thank you!'
