Gezellige hut in het bos, 30 min van Boone - Blijf 3 nachten gratis

Deze hut beschikt over twee slaapkamers en een badkamer met een prachtig uitzicht. Onze buurt heeft een prachtige waterval en veel wegen om te verkennen. Sla rechtsaf uit onze buurt en rijd twee mijl naar de Blue Ridge Parkway. Op vijftien minuten afstand ligt het stadje West Jefferson, waar The Cheese Factory en enkele van de beste kleine winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden in de buurt zijn. Thistle Meadow Winery is ook een korte rit langs de parkway. Outlets in Blowing Rock en de stad Boone zijn 30-45 minuten rijden. Wilkesboro ligt ook op 15 minuten rijden. De hut is een van de meest serene plekken die je zult vinden. Geniet van het zitten op de veranda achterin, koffie drinken en genieten van het uitzicht.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a wedding that was happening nearby and boy, do I wish we booked several more days to take in the beauty! The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful and I loved the taxidermy! (perfect touch in my book) They had everything we needed and the cleanliness was top notch. Absolutely nothing to complain about! Crystal and Shane left very informative directions about check-in and check out, as well as quick responses to any questions we had. We will 100% book again!

Great get away

We were in town for a wedding and this property was a great little get away. It was close enough to the venue and to nearby attractions that we had plenty to do to keep us occupied. The property is just as describe and was very accommodating. It was a very relaxing place to be during all of the stressfulness of a wedding. The property owner is very responsive to communication and requests (an early check-in). Would definitely stay at this location in the future.

Crystal, the property owner was so nice to work with. She was very responsive to messages and so helpful. The cabin has everything you need. The master bedroom mattress was outstanding fora great nights sleep. We loved the back porch in the evening to relax on the rockers. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy and clean - located in a beautiful Mountain View spot - nearby shopping - grocery and restaurants if desired. Thunderstorms and rain for a quiet evening for reading and resting - a beautiful break from the business of everyday - we’ll stay again!!! Loved it!

What a wonderful experience

The drive up was off the main road and gave us no problem even in the rain. Snow and ice? The cabin is located off a dead end road with just a few other summer homes. Trees surround the property giving this a secluded cabin in the woods we were looking for. Check in and out were no problem. The one thing we can’t state enough is CLEAN! This is the cleanest VRBO (#6) we have stayed in. The back yard was nice with the mountain views and seeing deer in the morning and evening. Although it rained, the back porch was great and the metal roof made for wonderful sleeping. We will definitely return providing the owners allow us to.

Cozy Cabin -

Amazing hidden jewel! This cabin was so cozy and welcoming. Beautiful decor and absolutely spotless. The back porch was our favorite! We loved our weekend there. Centrally located…we visited Boone, West Jefferson and cut our Christmas tree at Frosty’s. The host, Crystal, was so sweet and wonderful to work with. We hope to rent again in the future!

Cozy Cabin in the Woods

This cabin was just what the doctor ordered! The cabin is down a windy dirt road and off by itself and quiet. We loved sitting on the back porch overlooking the gorgeous mountains. The cabin was super clean and we loved sitting by the electric fireplace in the den while we watched a movie. Highly recommended! P.S. make sure you have all you need bc it’s not a quick trip to the grocery store 😊

Almost afraid to post this. I kind of want to keep this a secret. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole stay. Cabin was stocked with way more than i thought. We brought things thinking we wiuld need them and they were already there. Very nice and quiet and peaceful. Beautiful sunsets abd sunrises. Very close to local towns and sites. Thanks to the Howards. They went the extra mile to make this a super place. Loved the decor in the cabin as well.

Beautiful weekend at a beautiful place. Our only negative is that we checked in after dark so the drive in was a bit nerve wracking to people who are not used to mountain roads. lol. However, by the end if the weekend all was well. We will definitely rent again.

Merle Fest Stay

There was no flaw in the cabin. Two items that no one could do anything about. It was the rainiest wettest Merle Fest in 20 years. The trip up the mountain in dense fog was harrowing.
