'I do not like the layout of the suites: - the sink is in the bedroom (no separating door) - even though there is a separate living/office/kitchen room, it does not communicate with the restroom. So, to get to the restroom, you have to pass through the bedroom. I booked this room with the idea that my husband can wake up early and work, while I can sleep a bit more. Clearly, that was not possible.'

'The lobby was great, the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. While not the most up to date in terms of style, nothing was worn out. If you want a nice place to stay with great staff for a good price, you can’t go wrong here '

'The staff were extremely helpful for our stay. They had answers to all our questions about colleges in the area. I will stay here again for our next visit. The hotel is good, room was just what we needed. The shower was tricky the first time but I figured it out. You really can't get a better staff at the front desk.'

'This Viking Village is fantastic. There is so much eye for details, you really enter a different world. We had a great time there and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The house has everything you need, and is very comfortable. The guide inside the house with tips and suggestions for visiting and eating/drinking in the area is very comprehensive and helpful. Do not mis this place when you are in the area. '

'The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. '

'It's a great B&B. However, expedia does NOT tell you that if you check in outside of normal hours (3-6pm) you need an appointment because it is run by an actual host. Just call and schedule your arrival with them! Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great.'
