'Our room was upstairs on the 2nd floor. My mom is 90 there was no elevator for her. That was brutal. There was something being built near parking area which looked unfinished. We had a balcony view which looked onto the parking area. There’s a hospital across the street and during the night we heard very loud helicopter noise overhead. 'Absolutely the worst night ever.
I stayed to get rest the night before an important meeting and not at all good. First Place once u get off elevator is filthy, wallpaper peeling and Ac actually had moldy dust. Hair eminent in shower !! Sound proof rooms !!! No way. Young women room in next room was conducting business all night and across way screaming young child. No lock on slider door.
I was moved at 1 am to a nicer room due to noise of women conducting business to 3rd floor was perfect…....

'Usually go here every year, pretty much while visiting family only here to sleep ...It was not that great this time. The AC and the refrigerator were either not on or cooled up. While you have to sign something that you won't smoke (which is fine), the whole place smelled like pot.
Didn't use the pool but seemed like others were enjoying it.'
