'Yard unkept, weeds as tall as me. Should say it’s a duplex in the narrative because that was a surprise. Hair in bed and all over bathroom. Booked for 4 nights and left after one night.'

'The midtown home was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for one or two people. The unit was clean and sufficiently stocked with necessary amenities such as bathroom soap and shampoo as well as kitchen utensils. Bed was comfortable and living room area was comfortable as well. 'We really enjoyed our stay at this charming duplex! It had a lovely rustic feel, and the thoughtful amenities made it feel just like home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and our dogs were comfortable there as well. Our host, Carolyn, was very quick to respond and made communication easy. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others!'

'The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. '

'Great stat!'
