'We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was in the perfect location for us—close to downtown, Overton Square, and also close to Radians Amphitheater where we attended a music festival. It was central to all the things! The house is beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We communicated with the hosts with some questions, and they responded quickly and kindly. We loved EVERYTHING about this property. We are already talking about making another trip to Memphis and staying there...

'Everything was great including communication with the host. It was clean and open. I always appreciate a welcome book, so I don’t have to refer to my phone for everything and other guests can access information easily. I think that would be a nice touch. A little more furniture- such as vanity in a couple the bedrooms would be helpful, since there is only two bathrooms with limited counter space.
