'This was a great place for our group of 13. While the kitchen is a bit small and sparse for a house of this size, there's plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort and the game room (garage) and pool/hot tub were hits. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and general communication. If we return to Memphis, we'd definitely look to rent this house again! '

'The house was beautiful. Our gps failed us but it was no fault of the home, but it was perfect for our girls trip. We were all taking pics for inspo in our own homes. The primary bedroom was HUGE!!! We loved the back porch with the swing and ceiling fan. Our only regret was having to leave and come back home so soon, if ever in Memphis we’d absolutely book again! '

'Comfortable beds, private parking behind fence, location, bathrooms awesome, roomy, grandkids loved the kid's room. Kelly was great to work with during a small hiccup with getting into the house at first. She also kept us abreast of a power outage that occurred one day we were in town but were not at the house.'

Responded to my questions very quickly. The outside area was fun. Only negative thing would be the Hot tub didn’t get hot enough. '
