This charming goose-neck tiny home is located in Mills River at Acony Bell Tiny Home Village. We are close to Brevard, Hendersonville, Asheville and Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest. There is no shortage of hiking & biking trails, waterfalls, breweries and local family-owned shops.

If you would like to bring your dog, it needs to be approved. There is an additional $75 pet fee. Maximum of 2 dogs. If you reserve Friday, must include Saturday. No split weekends.

The Junior Mint tiny home with a relaxed farmhouse style, shiplap covered walls and exposed wood ceiling will give you all the feels!
The Junior Mint is about 360 square feet and can sleep up to 4 people. The gooseneck style allows for a private bedroom with a queen bed and a sliding barn door. The second queen bed is in the loft atop a series of fun and functional steps. The main
living space boosts a TV and a loveseat. The kitchen is outfitted with a farmhouse style sink, a cozy window bench, full size gas range and plenty of space to prepare your meals or just enjoy your morning coffee.

Mills River is located conveniently between Brevard and Asheville. We are located 25 minutes from downtown Asheville and 15 minutes to Brevard. Enjoy all the outdoor activities that this area has to offer from Mountain biking to hiking near waterfalls at Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest. You can then enjoy the many breweries or restaurants in this area. Sierra Nevada Brewery and Oscar Blues are just 10 minutes away!

Guests have access to the rental area with a communal firepit. Please let us know if dogs are coming. We will request an additonal $75 for a pet fee, max of 2 dogs.We are a dark sky community and request outdoor lights be off by 10PM. Guest are encouraged to enjoy the creek as well as the communal fire pit. Wood is provided.

Acony Bell Tiny Home Village is a gated community uniquely designed and made specifically for tiny homes. Our location is perfectly tucked away in the Western North Carolina mountains. We are about 20 minutes away from Brevard, Hendersonville, Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Park. 30 minutes to downtown Asheville. And 10 minutes to Sierra Nevada Brewery. Come unwind, relax and enjoy!

We have over 50 tiny homes that have our long-term residents. The area of the rentals is separate from most residents. Please follow house rules and guidelines and respect their privacy. The garden and chicken coop are to be enjoyed but please do not pick vegtables, flowers or eggs for yourself. Thank you in advance!

* 3 Night Minimum required for all holidays. These include: New Year`s Eve, MLK, Valentine`s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
