  • Stap weg van je leven en ontspan comfortabel in dit prachtige nieuwe (2019) huis! Geniet van uw ochtendkoffie of happy hour-cocktails op de open veranda. Gelegen nabij de waterkant bij Pot-Nets Bayside, zorgt dit huis met 4 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers voor grote bijeenkomsten in de ruime woonkamer die de keuken, eetkamer en woonkamer combineert. Maak een wandeling van 5 minuten langs de promenade van de jachthaven om naar de immer populaire Paradise Grill, privéstrand, vis- en krabpieren te gaan. Zwembaden, tennis, honkbalveld en speeltuinen zijn aanwezig. Bootslips zijn te huur voor $ 40 per dag. Een golf auto is inbegrepen bij deze woning zonder extra kosten. Kinderen zijn welkom en huisdieren ook! Geweldige locatie voor kajakken en stand-up paddleboarding! Het is een korte rit naar de wereldberoemde Baywood Greens golfbaan (10 minuten), belastingvrije Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuten) en de schilderachtige binnenstad van Rehoboth Beach en Lewes (30 minuten).

    We hebben een verblijf van minimaal 7 nachten tijdens ons zomerseizoen. Inchecken is op zondag om 16:00 uur en op zondag om 10:00 uur is uitchecken. We hebben minimaal 2 nachten op alle andere momenten van het jaar.

    Blijf 7 nachten bij ons en ontvang ons gratis Lifestyle-pakket! Dit omvat een cadeaubon van $ 100 voor het Paradise Grill Restaurant en 2 gratis rondes op de golfbaan Baywood Greens (maandag tot en met donderdag na 13.00 uur).

    HUISDIERENBELEID: Dit apparaat is huisdiervriendelijk. Er is een maximum van 2 honden (alleen honden). Eigenaar van het dier moet $ 20 extra per huisdier per nacht schoonmaakkosten betalen. ALS U VAN plan bent EEN HUISDIER MEE TE BRENGEN, BEL DAN EN SPREEK MET ONZE RESERVATIONIST.

    Bootslips bevinden zich op loopafstand van elk huis en zijn beschikbaar op basis van wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt. Op het moment dat u uw vakantiehuis reserveert, bel ons ook om uw jachthavenreservering te maken. Onze bootslips zijn 24 voet lang, 14 voet breed en kunnen een boot van 32 voet lang aanmeren; gemiddelde waterdiepte is 4 voet bij eb.

Wonderful gathering spaces and room to unwind

Our visit to 489 Salty Air was full of surprises. The rooms were large, clean and nicely decorated. Each of the bedrooms had a bath attached for privacy. There were many things to do such as walk the beach and docks, swim in the pool, visit Paradiseeateries or play games on the large porch. The view overlooking the bay was wonderful. We were lucky to catch the 4th of July fireworks.

The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone. There were 8 of us including 2 small children and everyone had their own space. The kids had a blast riding around in the golf cart. Being able to walk to paradise grill was a nice bonus.

Winter sunsets!

Awesome property, perfect location, more room than one would ever expect. There were a few minor exceptions but easily overlooked. Bedrooms were more than adequate, however showers although beautiful could have better pressure and hotter water temp. The view was spectacular!

The house (modular home) is in a trailer park and pre-manufactured homes site. Home was located near Paradise Grill which is loud on weekends and they play music until 11pm. The floor was coming up in several spots in kitchen and very dirty throughout the unit. Was about 45 minutes to Rehoboth Beach as traffic is very heavy in the summer. We will look for a different place next time in Delaware.

The layout of this home was perfect with each room having its bathroom and king size bed! The proximity to the beach and Paradise was perfect for our split decision group. My fiance really enjoyed morning golf cart rides checking out the community - so much that he hasn’t stopped talking about us buying a house in Bayside since we left. We’ve already started talking about coming back for another week in September!

The only problem was the cleanliness and a few broken things such as cabinets and bed frames. The master bedroom bed was coated in black animal hair, it was all over the blanket, pillow and mattress protector. We had to ask for it to all be switched out. The house itself clearly had been sitting empty due to the season as it had layers of dust and the floors had to be swept when I got there. The golf cart headlights were blown on one side and the grill barely worked. I will stay there again but with high hopes that next time the house will be clean and everything in working order.

Unfortunately we were awaken by construction work at 7 a.m. I was in the back bedroom and 20 feet from my head was a backhoe digging. It was going forward and beeping backwards continuously for an hour. I paid extra for my two dogs that were going crazy. I was so looking forward to sleeping in-ugh! I called to report it and they said they can’t control when they work on the property. I asked if they would return the dog fee that I paid? The response was “I’ll think about it.” They must be still thinking didn’t receive a reimbursement and I left the place the way I found it.

Baywood Green Wedding Rental

The afterparty was held at Paradise Grill, which was a 3 minute golf cart ride, 6 minute walk. The golf cart was amazing, we cruised around all weekend. My friends, family and I had never been here and it was a wonderful place to stay. Would be excellent for a large family reunion, wedding or vacation. The house was clean and well stocked, we were plesantly suprised to find soap, dish washer tablets and laundry pods to get us started. It was affordable and SO SPACIOUS. Only recommendation I have is to explicitly say what is not provided. We enjoyed the pools, the beach area, golf carts and Paradise Grill. This house was great for accomodating large groups, we had only four couples stay at the house but hosted a large number for meals. The driveway had plenty of parking and the overflow lot was close by. Overall, this was a great place to rent, I wanted to buy the property!
