'I thought the property was overpriced; I use VRBO often and it was almost doubled. BUT...The house was very nice. The kitchen was stocked with necessary dishes, pans and utensils. It was clean and provided a great space for the family. They do not provide towels, linens or sheets. For the price, this should be an included service. The deck was very nice for an outdoor space leading to the beach. The beach area was not clean. We had Quite a few members of the family also experienced really bad...

'The house is adorable with a super easy walk to the beach. We loved all the balconies and having a garage. The house was clean with nice tall ceilings. The neighborhood is very well kept and an easy walk to Dunkin, which is a necessity for me and my coffee addiction. Our only downside was we could not get a late checkout and trying to add an additional night was a challenge. But that is more of a problem with VRBO. I would definitely stay here again, but probably would not book through VRBO.'

'Excellent location with close access to the public beached grocery store. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfortable beds... Bring extra blankets ... Place needs more attention to the cleanliness, some of kitchen drawers were greasy. Kitchen could be better stocked with larger pods and pans. Overall place is nicely decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend the rental. Smoke alarm is VERY sensitive...my family set it off when toasting bread. Check in process could improve a bit.'

'We had a wonderful week at Shelly’s place in Ocean City. The house was so welcoming when we arrived with soft music playing on the tv, lights on and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The view from the porch and upper deck are awesome! Lots of thoughtful touches like hand soap, wipes, shampoo etc. were provided. Our friend joined us for 2 nights and she loved sitting on the porch watching the world go by on the boardwalk too. We hope to come back next year.'

'The residence was great. Check in went okay… the “black lock box” was not there and we ended up finding the keys in a fake looking owl bird house on the back porch. All the linens were clean and available as promised. The house itself was very nice and had quirky/ fun colors and decorations. It was perfect for my girlfriend’s birthday. We loved the screened in back porch and the 8 of us were able to be comfortable and sit out there together. It was a very quite and safe looking neighborhood....

'Great place, clean, close to beach. Check in required to go to property mgt company for a key (door has code to use). Need to return key on way out of town. Seems unnecessary step. No shelves in shower for my shampoo or soap. Had to put on shower floor, odd Need to replace coffee carafe (broken glass), and toaster. Also for such a nice place should upgrade silverware (needs more) would not have enough if 6-8 people stayed.'

'We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel...

'This little cottage was adorable. The only issue, there were no light bulbs in the lamps next to the bed, the remote control for main TV did not work. The location was convenient for us. They offered a late check out that was a nice touch. Floors were sandy and quite dirty. The front porch was screened in and really sweet. All in all, great place! We would book again. '
