  • Laat het aftellen naar het strand beginnen! De grote omhullende veranda op deze blauwe schoonheid zorgt voor een spectaculair uitzicht op de zonsopgang en zonsondergang. Gelegen aan het water in Pot-Nets Bayside, dit huis beschikt over 4 slaapkamers, 4. 5 baden, een wijd open woonkamer die de keuken, eetkamer en woonkamer combineert voor grote bijeenkomsten. Maak een wandeling van 5 minuten langs de promenade van de jachthaven om naar de immer populaire Paradise Grill, privéstrand, vis- en krabpieren te gaan. Zwembaden, tennis, honkbalveld en speeltuinen zijn aanwezig. Bootslips zijn te huur voor $ 40 per dag. Een golf auto is inbegrepen bij deze woning zonder extra kosten. Kinderen zijn welkom en huisdieren ook! Geweldige locatie voor kajakken en stand-up paddleboards! Het is een korte rit naar de wereldberoemde golfbaan Baywood Greens (10 minuten), de belastingvrije Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuten) en de schilderachtige binnenstad van Rehoboth Beach en Lewes (30 minuten).

    We hebben een verblijf van minimaal 7 nachten tijdens ons zomerseizoen. Inchecken is op zondag om 16:00 uur en op zondag om 10:00 uur is uitchecken. We hebben minimaal 2 nachten op alle andere momenten van het jaar.

    Blijf 7 nachten bij ons en ontvang ons gratis levensstijlpakket! Dit omvat een cadeaubon van $ 100 voor Paradise Grill en 2 gratis rondes op de golfbaan Baywood Greens (maandag tot en met donderdag na 13.00 uur) en gebruik van uw eigen privé-golfwagen om de gemeenschap te verkennen.

    HUISDIERENBELEID: Dit huis is huisdiervriendelijk. Er is een maximum van 2 honden (alleen honden). Eigenaar van het dier moet $ 20 extra per huisdier per nacht schoonmaakkosten betalen. ALS U VAN plan bent EEN HUISDIER MEE TE BRENGEN, BEL DAN EN SPREEK MET ONZE RESERVATIONIST.

    Bootslips bevinden zich op loopafstand van elk huis en zijn beschikbaar op basis van wie het eerst komt, het eerst maalt. Op het moment dat u uw vakantiehuis reserveert, bel ons ook om uw jachthavenreservering te maken. Onze bootslips zijn 24 voet lang, 14 voet breed en kunnen een boot van 32 voet lang aanmeren. De gemiddelde waterdiepte is 4 voet bij eb.

Wonderful Location for a Welcoming House

The view of the bay from the house is amazing - especially to watch the sunrise. The house has a bedroom with an en--suite which works well for families. The kitchen is well equipped and the open floor plan in the living area makes it great for large groups. There is plenty of seating. Traffic and parking aren't issues in the winter. I would imagine they would be more of a challenge in full season but the location and the ability to boat / swim / crab right there would make up for it.

I loved the fact that it was an end unit with the over flow parking across the street. In the same parking lot sits the entrance to the private beach parking lot AND the roadway into paradise grill. The private beach is adorable with picnic tables and space for you to set up a chair. They have nice clean bathrooms that are easily accessible.With 10 girls, this unit made it feel like there were less people than there really were! It is EXTREMELY spacious. It had perfect views of the Marina, Bay, and Paradise Grill! 10/10 experience - We all wish we could have stayed longer.

We went into our rooms to unpack and our feet were black on the bottom and sand everywhere on the floors. In addition, we found a frog in the bathroom, and the master bath smelled musty (so I opened the window which helped). Also, the water in the shower did not go down the drain. I think if the property was cleaned more I would change my opinion on this property. **NOTE: We did go to the office and complain about the bathroom and a plumber came out that day.

First off, we had never gone to Pot Nets/Paradise grill by car — always by boat. Staying here certainly made us even more aware of all this offers to the vacationer... unless you want to explore outside the park, you never have to leave... beautiful pools, decent beach areas, kids playgrounds, food, drinks and live entertainment. The house itself was all that and more- we couldn’t have been more comfortable and management promptly responded to any inquiries we had. Oh ... not to forget the golf cart that comes with the rental —- always a fun way to get around the park.

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

In pet friendly homes, cleaning of couches etc would be appreciated. Pet hair was on couches, chairs, under chairs, on floors. We did multiple brushing and sweeping. Debbie addressed issues. She is wonderful and efficient. Some fixed, but not all. We did not report pet hair until end of our stay. We will return , probably to no pets homes.

The house accommodated 10 people but offers a stretch golf cart that accommodated 6 making going anywhere a 2 trips. The steering on the cart was an understatement to say it was extremely stiff. Reported it (no action). Ice maker made no ice ( reported it , no action). Towel rack fell off the wall when placing a towel before a shower (reported, no action).would have like to see more people accommodated using the side deck which had nothing but space.

good time just a few issues

Called Debbie and she got answers for us right away. old note on golf cart and plumber came and fixed the issue. Friday night there was a shooting at the enterance going back to Paradise Grill around 1030. We were in bed the shots woke up my 8 year old grand daughter and she was scared rest of night. our rental was at the corner where this took place. a cop parked in our driveway and we had the flashing lights of his car and the others til 230 am shining in the bedroom window. Plus there were out front our window checking for any bullet holes. Very scary but thank god no one was hurt. It would be nice to get some kind of discount for next year. but we all had a great time Defnitely going again next year it is a very nice place

We also used the golf carts everyday, having a fire on the beach was something that I always wanted to do.. we are planning n moving to Bayside when my husband retires and seeing it in the summer, we've been there in the fall and winter already,totally made up our minds. Every single person we met was so nice and so happy to share info about living there full time. we already booked this house for next year.. Thank you Pot Nets for taking such good care of the community... we also spent a lot of time at Paradise Grill... loved every minute.. and having our dogs with us made it even better.
