We recently purchased and remodeled this home with the goal to share our love for boating and fishing with guests. This is the perfect spot for small groups and families to gather for a relaxing vacation.

The Rosedale public ramp is just a half a mile away from this home with trailer parking at the ramp. If it is full, feel free to use our driveway or designated spot (message host for more info). Our neighborhood, Warwick Park, has a community area located on the water. There is a pavilion, benches, multiple piers, and a small beach.

3 bedrooms-1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 queen bed. 2.5 bathrooms-shower only in primary bedroom, tub/shower combo in hallway bathroom by other 2 guest rooms, half bathroom near garage entrance/kitchen.

Beach chairs, yard game, and cooler is provided, all in the garage.

Plenty of dining space in the kitchen and screened porch.

Outside patio has a grill for your use-please clean the grill after you use. Back up propane tank located in the garage. Grilling utensils in the kitchen.

A full set of linens is provided for each bed. Towels, wash clothes, and hand towels are provided as well.
