'Overall the property was fine for what we needed. The rooms were all nicely sized, check in and check out was super easy and location was great. Our one concern was the cleanliness. Since it was a pet friendly house we found dog hair on bed sheets and towels. '

'Quiet and cute decor. Nice options of front porch and back deck for breeze/sun. Front steps are somewhat steep, if you have accessibility concerns. We were happy with the kitchen, TV, room arrangements.'

'The house is nice but needs some upgrades. All of the bedrooms could use room darkening shades, and bureaus as we hate living out of suitcases for the week. The kitchen is a little small, so it needs to be organized. You can see and hear the ocean from the second-floor deck, one of the best features of the house. The host was very responsive to our requests and both a new microwave was installed and the shower in the Jack and Jill bathroom repaired.'

'Appreciate the updates since we stayed here last! Bedding and sheets great and appreciated beds/rooms were already made up!House was very clean and organized. Had everything needed except shampoo.Price was very high but we booked last minute on 4th of July week so were glad to just get here and expected the high rate.Location is great. Relaxing with beautiful beach and not too crowded. This is our third time here and we will return!Communication great throughout our visit! Thank you!'

'This trip was for our walking girls trip - group of 14 over weekend and we truly everything about this place. Great interior design, warm, clean and loving atmosphere with spacious bedrooms in a great clean and welcoming neighborhood made this trip extra fun for us. Clean kitchen with all amenities, beautiful screened porch was an addition to make this place extremely desirable.'

'Location of our stay was wonderful. Convenient to the beach- restaurants, beach, shops. Host was incredibly responsive and we particularly loved the charging station for our car. Would recommend for a nice stay in Bethany.'

'If you are considering this property - rent it without hesitation! Everything is exactly as described ( or better )'

'We had a wonderful long weekend with three teenagers here. It’s close to all the places we love to go. Dinner, ice cream and mini golf. Our host was very responsive and had everything we needed to hang out, relax and enjoy being away.'
