'My family had a wonderful 5th annual OCNJ beach vacation here! The property had enough space for our 6 adulrs and 5 children and although not as close to the beach and boardwalk as we normally stay, the included VIP parking pass made that a non issue. There was a parking concern upon arrival that was responded to immediately and resolved timely. Jody is an extremely responsive host who made sure we were taken care of. Recommend!'

'We had a great stay here for the weekend. The house was beautiful, thoughtfully styled, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with, which made everything simple. We also loved the location! being so close to the west side sunsets was a huge plus.'

'The accommodations were just ok. The house is definitely dated, which I expected. The pictures of the outside seemed as if the house was tucked back but in reality, it is not. Just some of the issues were very hard and uncomfortable beds, no hand towels and only one wash cloth in the bathrooms, no towel racks in the master bathroom, very poor water pressure, no paper towels anywhere. Although the main areas were clean, there is some deep cleaning that needs to be done such as under the sofa....

'The hosts were wonderful, however the property was not. Kitchen accessories were greasy, not washed properly, disorganized, and not fully equipped. The heat in main area( kitchen/ family room) didn't work, 64 degrees. We had to use the oven to heat area, however it heated up bedrooms too much! Carpets were disgustingly dirty. Pillows and lack of blankets were not acceptable. The internet kept having to be rebooted. Lights out through out '

'This was perfect for what I needed: a place close to the beach for me and four teenagers. The listing did indicate that it could accommodate more people, and I almost had two additional teenagers join us. I am glad that I did not. The unit is well organized, but it would’ve been very tight if more people had been in our party. It was hard to get a sense of the layout from the pictures. Other than that, this is a great location and we had a great stay!'

'Everything was clean and in good condition. The views were incredible. We saw dolphins jumping out of the water 2 days in a row. What an experience. We had 17 people staying in the house for our daughters wedding. '
