'wifi verbinding niet optimaal dagelijkse kamer service kan beter, onze kamer werd pas om 18.00 uur aangepakt. personeel niet echt gemotiveerd dekbed had een bloedvlek'

'I hated the location as I came by Amtrak. It is almost two miles from downtown and on a highway that is anything but pedestrian friendly. The first day of my stay, there was almost no hot water and the management did not seem to notice that. They fixed it after I complained on the second day. For $240 a night (note-my downtown Washington DC hotel the night before my arrival in St. Albans was $150.), this hotel was not worth it!'

'Good location near airport and downtown Burlington close by . Clean and good bed, breakfast ok '

'Exceeded my expectations! The room was clean, well-designed, and decorated. I love the minimal-no carpet in the room! Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I will come back to this location and other locations in this chain after this stay. We traveled with our dog- which we never did before. The hotel made it easy to do so with a room close to the enterance for easy bathroom breaks. I didn’t feel like we were in lesser accommodations because of the dog. Highly recommend!'

'Clean and Comfortable.'

'This is what I call a perfect hotel experience.'

'Everything was great, except for the breakfast. It was good for on-the-go, I guess. With the cost of the suite, I thought breakfast would have fresher items. The room was very clean and the place was nice and quiet. It’s also so convenient to shops. My window looked out on LLBean.'
