No issues with my three night stay. I was pleased with my room, the free breakfast buffet, the pool area, and the Aviator bar. It was an easy commute to the Brewer's games; about a 15 minute drive. The hot tub was not working during my stay, but enjoyed the pool. A nice place to stay for the price; would stay again.

Bed was clean is about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. We had no hot water, a beeping sound all night long, a cheer team that felt the need to practice their routine in the hallway, staff was terrible saying that they would pass the information on to their supervisor but it’s been almost a week and I reached out via email and I’ve gotten no phone call or email back. Terrible property and customer service. I’d rather sleep in my car before I ever sleep at another Best Western.

No smoking facility but the whole 3rd floor was a pot smoking floor. Prostitutes if interested. Expected better out of Best Western!

The rooms are quite nice/clean. The hallways look worn/dirty. Check in person didnt know much about the area. Bar is large; but was empty. I was only person and bartender sat using his ipad. The entry doors were locked and the key pads not marked/away on wall. Charged a deposit of $50 which ''should' show up in 7-10 days. Won't stay here again. Don't recommend.

There’s a really bad smell plus people at night are too noisy having concert on the parking lot heard by the entire building. No one is doing anything to stop it. I couldn’t sleep until 3am when the noise stop. I need a refund.

I like the staff they was very helpful. N when I checked in the staff tried to get me a room on the first floor so I didn't have to walk far. The room was okay, they just need to fix the tub n the heater. N the only thing I did get upset about is the pool area. Me being disabled the equipment didn't work for me. So I wasn't able to swim. Besides them needing to fix on things. The hotel is a nice place to stay.

This property is due for an update. The mattresses have a sag in them they are so worn. The free breakfast experience was a joke! It is located in a run down area of the hotel, freezing cold. When we arrived there were no plates out, no cups, only coffee for a drink, only 2 cereals out, spilled sticky stuff on floor. My daughter and I went back to our room and brought our own food back. The second day we tried to go there was milk out but no cereal, yogurt spilled on floor not attended to, no attendee around...the most bizarre experience. They have filtered water stations around the hotel, but all the jugs were empty. The fan in our room made such a terrible noise that we had to shut the whole until off to sleep. The toilet overflowed the first morning. The one positive is that they were very responsive to sending someone to our room after the toilet overflowed and were able to fix it we didn't have to change rooms, which might have been better...

Got a room here mainly for the hot breakfast. Got in really late thanks to delayed flights. Go down for breakfast in the morning and all they have out is eggs amd cold toast! I would never go back to this best western

We stayed here to park and get a shuttle to the airport, but the first shuttle is full, giving Ursula only 45 minutes to check bags and clear security at the airport..

Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had! We had to call to the front desk twice to try and have something done about the noise, guests were propping their doors open to talk to each other and had children running around the halls after 1 am, it was so unbelievably rude. Noise control clearly isn’t a priority and guests treat the hotel like it’s their own place to party on a Saturday night.

Worst breakfast at a Best Western ever. This actually was the worst breakfast options we’ve ever had at any hotels. Stay at a lot of best westerns, and this was far from up to standards. Limited options, multiple bins, and racks that were completely empty every morning for breakfast. Breakfast was never on time and one day nonexistent due to no staffing. The hotel is very loud. We could hear everything neighbors were saying, and anyone in the hallway. It sounded like they were in our room. Elevator is broke as well. With all of our issues best western to their credit did offer a full refund. However, they then charged us $180 which was a pain to get reimbursed again.

Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. Upon checking in we were not informed the elevators to our second floor room were not working. There were in fact no elevators that worked, and it appeared they have not been working for quite awhile. Due to this, we had to lug our luggage up and down the steps ourselves. The room was very noisy with people yelling and jumping until at least 3:00 a.m. We had an early flight, so we were unable to get any sleep. Carpeting in the hallways and rooms does not look clean, and needs replacing. Parking at the facility was good and convent. Van transportation to and from was very good!

Very close to airport. Desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly when i had to cancel one of my two room's which came up unexpectedly. Beds were not the most comfortable.

Check in took half hour. The desk person was so slow. Our room didn't get serviced one day that i asked them too. So that evening when i saw it wasn't serviced i went to desk for new towels. What i got was 4 washcloths, 5 hand towels, 4 bath mats, NO BATH TOWELS that i needed. Our trash cans were full. The key cards didn't work well. Terrible service.

Was disappointed the restaurant was closed. Wished I was notified. But became very annoyed when the elevator was out of service. I understand how this happens however felt it should of been disclosed to me before I stood there with 4 heavy bags having to make two trips up! Felt I should have been given option of first floor if I chose. Poor customer communication and service. This hotel has become very challenging as far as amenities I think I’m going to have and when not it seems as if no one cares. Think I will try a different hotel next time.
