'We were originally booked at another hotel, that had overbooked their rooms and left us stranded at 11 at night. Expedia was able to help us by rebooking us here at this hotel, and I’m glad they did. The hotel was clean, the staff was extremely nice and took us in as a late check in. The rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, with easy access to the freeway and several restaurants in the area. We’ll definitely book there again during return visits to Atlanta'

'Rooms are really big and spacious. There are no drawers to store the clothes which was inconvenient, only a small closet. Breakfast was amazing with many options, it’s actually cooked in a kitchen not just microwaved garbage. Staff is very courteous and any issue was solved promptly. Overall we were very happy and will definitely be back. '

'I booked through Expedia my total cost was $343.36 I was charged $405.48 then another charge of $443.36 total of over $800 for a two night stay. I have called Embassy Suited and different phone numbers all have given me the run around for better billing. Thid is unprofessional and abuse of billing! '
