'Loved every minute of our stay in the Grand Tiki Room. Enough cannot be said about the excellent staff, beautiful view, and peaceful serenity. Two suggestions: Please replace that plant in the corner of the room with a functional chest of drawers - we had no place to put our things so pretty much lived out of the suitcase. Also, some hair conditioner in the bathroom would be nice'

'I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions.'
