The interior of this property is lovely - well decorated and spacious. The bottom level with the bunk beds, games, and lounge area is fantastic and well done. The only complaint we had is that some of the utensils, pots and pans, and coffee pot in the kitchen needed to be rewashed.Outside, the deck/firepit area was great. So nice to have access to the two Kayak’s and two paddle boards. The only downside is that with the water level so low right now it was quite a challenge/process for us to get them in and out of the water. Hopefully this improves as the season progresses. Deck and screened in porch were great but could use a good cleaning.Overall a really nice and peaceful place with lovely views and all the amenities you need to enjoy your time on Lake Anna.

We had an amazing week! The house had lovely decor and had everything we needed! The mattresses were comfortable and we enjoyed eating on the deck and relaxing on the screened in porch. The dock by the water was perfect for tying up our boat and sitting in the sun. A perfect spot!

Great house but for steep walk to lake (No hand rails). Comfy beds, great decor. Docks is full of spiders and hard to get kayak in, but sitting area is lovely as is screen porch. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Lake Anna home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Overwatch. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We loved spending the mornings and nights on the screened in porch and our days down on the dock. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The house has two person kayaks so we could take our little kids out with us. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home on quiet cove

House was exactly as described. Kitchen is well stocked with nice quality pans. Loved all of the games, the kayaks and paddle boards. We played a lot of foosball too. We’d love to return again. We rented a boat from boat setters.com which worked perfectly. Had a great day of boating and tubing. Wonderful family time.

Hello,I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to share some feedback from our recent stay at your property.Overall, the property itself is beautiful and we really enjoyed the space. However, we did run into a few issues that impacted our experience:The water softener alarm went off due to low salt. We called three times to report this, but unfortunately no one came to address it during our stay.The bathtub in the master bathroom could not be used because there was no way to plug the drain.The vacuum did not work, which made it difficult for us to clean the floors as thoroughly as we would have liked. We also did report that it was not working when we called about the water softener.The outdoor areas appeared quite dirty upon arrival, with a significant amount of dead bugs and pollen on the furniture. We weren’t sure if it had been cleaned prior to our stay.We wanted to bring these items to your attention so they can be addressed for future guests.Thank you for your time. I’m happy to provide any additional details if needed.

This house has a great location directly on the lake which affords beautiful lake views. It is up a steep slope from the lake. There are steps that allow active people access, there is no lake access for infirm. We stayed in the late fall, which was lovely. The house has a screened porch overlooking the lake. Great place for coffee and relaxing on the outdoor couch and chairs. Kitchen had a lot of utensils, enough pots, pans, and spices. It was great that the coffee pot brews both k cup and regular brew pots! And it had an air fryer! The toaster is there too. Bedrooms are spaced with2 upstairs, 1 on the main floor and the bunk room in the basement, so lots of stair climbing possible. But it does give great space to do separate activities and space to get together! We really enjoyed our visit and definitely would stay here again. More lighting in the living area and outside walkways would improve the space.

3 day weekend family lake getaway

We had a great time staying at your beautiful home with our adult children. It was our first time staying at Lake Anna and we will definitely be back! Your home was very clean and perfect for our family. We loved the screened porch and sitting area down by the dock was great. Just a few suggestions, we could not find a can opener or toaster. And we couldn't get the icemaker to work. Also, my son brought his canoe and could not find a safe place to put it in the water and get in it. Perhaps a floating dock to stage canoes and kayaks would be helpful. No matter, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and look forward to staying here in the future.

Beautiful Property but Not Good customer Service

Bathtub was broken, no ice melt for the walkways and my daughter fell on the sidewalk, refrigerator filter needed to be replaced. After MULTIPLE attempts to contact the property management team with no response...our stay was not as pleasant as we hoped it would be. I would suggest that you bring your own cookware as they are lacking...not even a toaster.

Excellent stay!!!

It was a weekend getaway with friends to celebrate a birthday. Needless to say that our birthday girl was very happy. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished. It is located in a private cove, so it was very quiet. We were able to use the kayaks and paddleboards and the still serene waters made it easy to do so. The house is situated high above and the view from the screened in porch is truly magical. There so many things to gush about. The vacation guest department was also very responsive and accommodating. The only thing I would like to mention is that the water source is most likely well water, which has a certain odor, so an awareness of that is good to know prior to booking. It is otherwise a small detail. We are already planning our return next year. We intend to make it an annual visit.
