- Pull out sofa lower level: Full size (NOT included in the “16”)

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the home, decks, fire pit, dock, boat house, hot tub, and driveway. Your comfort and privacy are a priority, but we’re always nearby if you need assistance.

A pontoon boat is available to rent and can be delivered the dock—no trailering or pickup needed. Just coordinate with our trusted partner, DV Rentals LKA.

Guests also enjoy exclusive member-for-a-day privileges at Cutalong Golf Club, a nearby private championship course. We’ll help you book your tee time—just ask.

- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- 12 Adults Maximum (16 Max Guests)

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

- Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No Parties, Events, Outside Guests, or Indoor Smoking

- No Pets without prior approval



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked.

During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

$ per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

$3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.
