Guest Access:

You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to the best local provider.



The Neighborhood:

Elk Creek Landing is a new premier waterfront residential community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. The community area has a pavilion and a community boat ramp.



This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft. If you plan to bring your personal boat or jet skis, you will have access to the community boat ramp during your stay—from 4:00 PM on the day of your arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.



Getting Around:

Elk Creek Landing is the newest and most premier neighborhood at Lake Anna, while it's generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction.

**Additional Information:**

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- 12 Adults Maximum

- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)

- No parties

- No crypto mining

- No filming



**Guest Requirements:**

In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years old to book, and those under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.



Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.

After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.

Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:

 - $35 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.

 - $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
