'The only thing we couldn't understand is that there was one person at the desk during check-in. If check-in time is at 3:00 then put two at the front desk to assist with answering the phone... checking people in... answering questions from people already checked in. I expected better from Holiday Inn. '

'Best hotel ever! Everyone that works there is angelic! And the beds and pillows and views and pool and gym…. I could go on. But the help there is even better- like seriously!!!! Only thing to keep in mind is to get to the pool kinda early if u want a chair. Otherwise there’s a waitlist. Worth it though! '
