'Nach einer herzlichen Übergabe hatten wir einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Casa Matidia, bei der uns das Team stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, um uns bei Fragen Land und Leute näher zu bringen.Die technische Ausstattung des Hauses und der Küche war passgenau und vollkommen ausreichend. Zusätzlich stand die Ernte des kleinen Gemüsegartens zur freien Verfügung.'

'Gennaro went above and beyond to be sure we have a great time at the property,he speaks English. The house is warm and welcome, the garden was our relaxing place after a busy day at the beach(10 minutes walking distance to the sea where there are plentiful of beaches with sunbeds, there are a few free beaches too,there is a total of 4km of sandy beach). The sea was amazing, safe for kids.My only recommendation would be to get plenty of insect protection Everything else was just what we needed...

'Douche du RDC pleine de moisi. Pas d'eau chaude les 2 premiers jours. Peu de vaisselle dans la cuisine. Canapé en très mauvais état. Jacuzzi non fonctionnel dans une pièce insalubre. Piscine mal entretenue (on nous a promis un intervenant que l'on a jamais vu!). Impossible d'avoir le détail réel de notre consommation électrique (panneaux photovoltaïque? situés où?).1 matelas à l'étage à revoir. '

La casa è molto bella, arredata in modo particolare che trasmette belle vibrazioni e un ambiente rilassato in cui la condivisione degli spazi è centrale. Troverete tutto quello che vi servirà, non manca nessun servizio, dalla cucina completamente organizzata allo spazio esterno. La signora Alessandra è stata super disponibile per le poche volte che abbiamo avuto delle domande da porle. Abbiamo passato una bella settimana. Senza dubbio...

'Ruim en sfeervol ingericht, met grote keuken met alle benodigde apparatuur. Fijne tuin met uitzicht over de baai. Steil pad omhoog, wel echt auto nodig. Paola was erg aardig, gaf goede tips om te gaan doen in de omgeving (Sperlonga, Gaeta, etc).'

'La maison est très bien. Grande, avec un bel espace intérieur et extérieur. De belles promenades à pied au départ de la maison. Et un accès très facile par la route pour rejoindre les sites que l'on veut visiter.'

'Era il mio sogno da sempre. Una casa sulla spiaggia, la musica del mare a cullare la notte e il risveglio. La definisco un'esperienza sensoriale che andrebbe vissuta una volta nella vita. Per quanto riguarda la casa è esattamente come nelle foto con uno dei bagni migliorato avendo sostituito vasca con doccia grande. Letti comodi, meraviglioso mangiare in veranda, c'è tutto quello che serve per una vacanza all'insegna del contatto con la natura, molto apprezzato i lettini e ombrelloni. La cucina...

'Wir waren sehr zufrieden- das Objekt eignete sich ideal für Ausflüge und Besichtigungstouren. Die Betreuerin, Angela, war sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.'

'Gaeta is an absolute treat to stay in - full of deloghtsto explore, medieval streets to wonder through and restaurants to relax in. The apartment is right in the thick of it, giving ready access at a minutes walk. Proximity to Il Pinguino should not be underestimated!'

'The suite is dated (older) and a little cultured, otherwise, it met our needs. The family was very warm and welcoming. We enjoyed meeting them and visiting.'
