Gloednieuw! Net ontworpen en ingericht in een prachtige kuststijl, onze op de Villa geïnspireerde villa uit 1925, Villa Lago, biedt het allemaal - een indrukwekkend uitzicht op de golfbaan van Baytowne en een onovertroffen locatie op een steenworp afstand van het zwembad. Met upgrades zoals hardhouten en travertijnvloeren, 10 'plafonds, kroonlijsten en granieten aanrecht, is deze woning echt een "droomstrand vakantiehuis"! Het huis is professioneel ontworpen met comfort in gedachten en biedt de mooiste afwerkingen en meubels. Er zijn twee golfkarretjes inbegrepen - dus plan rond te draaien en het resort op uw gemak te verkennen. Het suikerwitte Sandestin-strand is een korte rit met een golfkarretje. Je kunt ook op de gratis tram naar het strand springen. Het leukst is een onberispelijk uitzicht op de Baytowne Golf Course vanaf de overdekte veranda achterin. Met comfortabele buiten zitplaatsen, is er geen betere plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen in een rustige omgeving!

Onze woonkamer is ontspannend en comfortabel met veel zitplaatsen voor iedereen en een 65-inch HDTV met kabelkanalen. De zonnige eethoek biedt plaats aan acht gasten en een extra keukenbar biedt plaats aan vier personen. Met granieten werkbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten is de gastronomische keuken volledig gevuld en ontworpen om de meest veeleisende chef-kok te plezieren! Er is een propaan-grill buiten voor een bbq-snack in de middag. Een gast slaapkamer met een queensize bed is gunstig gelegen op het hoogste niveau, samen met een volledige badkamer voor de gasten.

Boven vindt u de hoofdslaapkamer en twee extra slaapkamers voor gasten. Onze slaapkamer suite is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een HDTV, royale kastruimte met ingebouwde ins en toegang tot een prive-master balkon met uitzicht op de golfbaan. De aangrenzende grote badkamer is echt een toevluchtsoord en is smaakvol ingericht met stenen afwerkingen, een ligbad en een aparte douche. Er is een gastenslaapkamer met een kingsize bed, een HDTV, een inloopkast en een aangrenzende gastenbadkamer met een bad / douchecombinatie. Een derde slaapkamer beschikt over een op maat gemaakt stapelbed (volledig over vol) plus een dubbel bed op wieltjes, veel kastruimte, een HDTV en een aangrenzende gastenbadkamer. De wasruimte op de bovenverdieping biedt een volledige wasmachine en droger. Er is oprit parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar voor twee auto's. De twee golfkarretjes moeten in de garage worden geparkeerd om te worden opgeladen. Als u meer dan twee auto's meeneemt, is er parkeergelegenheid voor extra voertuigen op de overloopparkeerplaats van het resort.

Villa Lago is de nieuwste toevoeging aan Sandestin Resort en ligt naast de onlangs gerenoveerde Baytowne-golfbaan en op 1,5 km van het dorp Baytowne Wharf. Ons huis in 1925 Villa Lago is de perfecte plek voor uw vakantie. Ben van plan om een tijdje te blijven - u zult niet meer weg willen!

Love the location

We have stayed in this neighborhood before. We love the location. Having two golf carts was great for when our group wanted to go separate ways. Walking distance to Baytowne wharf! Everything was clean, the beds were so comfortable. It was an all around great stay! Highly recommend!

We have stayed in this neighborhood 6 times so far. First time at this residence. The house was good, clean and true to the pictures. Location is great because it’s at the front of the neighborhood and right across the street from the pool. It’s backyard also backs up to the golf course which we love !However, there are a few things I did not love. Yes this house comes with two golf carts…. They are SLOW! Like 14mph SLOW. Like you have to pull over and let other golf carts pass you SLOW. That was super frustrating. The battery life on them is horrible as well. One cruise around the resort and the battery life drops to 50%. Also this house has NO beach towels or chairs to use. Many of the other houses I’ve stayed at in this neighborhood have beach towels and chairs and sand toys for my kids. So we were left to buy towels at Publix for 20 a pop, because I’m not packing towels from home and bringing them. I am not sure I would stay here again just because I have stayed in others that have faster golf carts that hold their charge, and have towels and chairs for the beach. Beautiful home though!

It's the small things that set a property apart

It is an okay place to stay, but I have stayed at many properties in Sandestin, and this one is at the bottom of my list. The garage had trash and sticky waste on the garage floor from the trash One golf cart was very slow. The air condition vent in the family room leaks water; the locks on the front and back doors must be shelved to open. TV has cable boxes hanging over the top, and the TV shuts off in some rooms. The parking area is small.

Birthday Vacation

The house was spacious and had the perfect amount of space for our family. The property management was very responsive and helpful. Three of the rooms having the bathroom inside the bedrooms was also a plus. One of the golf carts did not work for the entire stay we were there, and we received a parking violation from the HOA for a vehicle having about 6 inches of the tire on the pine straw. Once the golf cart is fixed I would recommend the property, but make sure you follow the HOA Rules or they will fine you which seemed to be a way of taking it to visitors in the neighborhood.

Not what we expected

We paid a lot to stay at this property for our summer family vacation. The home ended being really outdated and not as clean as I expected. The televisions in the rooms kept having issues with the internet. The doors were hard to lock and the upstairs balcony door locked backwards, locking my daughter out on the balcony for over an hour when we were not there. The largest issue were the golf carts. This was one of the main amenities we were excited about for this property. The gift carts were older and gave us so many problems. I was so embarrassed for my family when we had to continuously turn the golf cart around to go back to the property because ii was going so slow and bouncing on us. I was extremely disappointed in this property.

Love the property and location. Love the decor. Two golf carts was a plus and very convenient. We were appreciative the washer and dryer was upstairs. The water is not hot enough for the upstairs Master Bedroom tub. So, it was nice but not functional. Also, the dishwasher leaked water. It felt like maybe we were the first rental since last summer. I would rent it again, but I would address those issues first.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The house was truly one of the best highlights of our trip! We chose it over others partly because of the ample seating in the living room, and around the dining room table, for our group to gather and hang out. The space just couldn’t have been any better. Everything was clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed. The golf carts were the icing on the cake! It was so fun to be able to just hop in the carts and go, to Baytown or to the beach. We simply LOVED our stay in this house.

Golf Carts do NOT work

The house was fine and as advertised...I would echo what I read from other visitors, that the covers on the furniture and kitchen chairs need to be WASHED or Replaced...they have stains/spills on them and need attention. Nice chairs and boogie boards for beach in garage. It seems the electrical panel in this house can not handle the load....master bath lights tripped the breaker...every morning the garage breaker was tripped. We believe the 2 golf carts charging in the garage are too much for the electrical available, and it trips the breaker as this happened EVERY Night. So we are assuming the Golf Carts never got a good charge. Speaking of that, the Big Problem was the Golf Carts. They left us stranded more than once...both of them. We had to leave one in a parking lot on the property and get picked up by someone else....called the property management and told them we left it there. They are pretty old and it seems there's not enough electrical power to charge them in that garage. Sandestin resort is awesome and we all had a good time...but for sure there are issues that need to be addressed as we do not feel we got the value we expected for what we paid

The location & amenities were outstanding! The only minuses would be we had some trouble getting our actual property address in advance & had to call on that and the other downfall was the dining space Chairs had slipcovers and we’re absolutely dirty & stained … the rest of the house was beautiful & comfortable and we would request that house again when we return another time.. kitchen was stocked well, everything worked…. A larger golf cart would have been great for our group but the two 4-seaters were great to have…

Fantastic stay and everything was top-notch. We looked at hotels and this was by far the best find. The decor, appliances, golf carts, and layout were perfect for a family! The bedrooms, baths, and kitchen all were well designed with quality finishes. The property layout was perfect for a family of 5-6, especially with teens. We had such a fun time there and will look to next year as another option! What a great spring break and the house was a big part of it! . Would recommend this for families with teens. thank you.

Beautiful home in great location

This home is beautifully decorated and in an excellent location sitting on the golf course. Plenty of causal seating for lounging and watching TV and an abundance of eating space with a large dining table and seating at the kitchen counter. Close to shops and restaurants with the community pool across the street. It was great to have golf carts to get around. The beach is about a 5 minute ride on the golf cart. I had to contact the management team several times and they responded to my issues immediately and were very friendly. I would recommend that the garage and golf carts be cleaned. Also I would suggest that small things like salt and pepper, coffee filters and more than one trash bag be provided. It would be nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. I would definitely stay her again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is in close proximity to the wharf which the kids enjoyed. We had a minor water leak which the property management addressed quickly. We didn’t report it but the dryer really wasn’t functional. Bedding was comfortable and clean. Golf carts were a great addition and made the distance to the beach manageable. Overall a great spot to enjoy the various amenities of the area.

Beautiful home, perfect condition, great stay

We have never rented a home before from VRBO or any other rental agency so were somewhat apprehensive about what to expect. You never know if the advertised photos of a home show the actual condition of the home (there are many bad reviews about properties). We were already familiar with Villa Lago since we have been owners at Sandestin for years (did not rent home out) and just sold our house this fall. We will continue to return to Sandestin while we look for another property so it was a good time to try out the property rental experience. We rented the house for a few days after Christmas through the first week of January. The house was impeccably clean, well-maintained, the furniture and decor was new or like-new, towels and bedding all new and clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and stocked with a high end brand of plates and glasses - just what I would have if it were my own home. The back windows of the house overlooked the the golf course (and not the back of another house) which was very nice and pretty. Villa Lago is a great location to get to the beach, Baytowne, and Grand Blvd so were were happy with our choice to rent at Villa Lago. Having the 2 golf carts was a fun, added bonus to get around the resort. All in all we had a great stay at 1925 Villa Lago and not once did we feel we were in a "rental" property and we appreciated that. We would rent this house again! We highly recommend Beach Blue rental management and would rent any property they manage after this good experience. The few questions we had before we signed the contact, all were answered by email and prompt phone call and that says a lot about the company. Thank you Beach Blue!
