Waterfront huis met golfkar in de nieuwste wijk van Villa Lago in Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. De eerste verdieping heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken met een open plattegrond naar eet- en woongedeeltes. Er is een ontbijtbar met plaats voor 3 personen en dan zitgelegenheid aan de eettafel voor 6 personen. De woonkamer heeft comfortabele stoelen voor het hele gezin en een grote flatscreen-tv. Er is een half bad op het 1e niveau van het huis.

De garage is bereikbaar vanaf de 1e verdieping van het huis en hier vindt u de golfkar met 4 plaatsen voor u klaar om een leuke rit naar het dorp Baytowne Wharf of Grand Blvd te maken om te winkelen, eten, eten en evenementen. Of spring op de golfkar met de gratis strandartikelen voor uw gebruik en ga naar de toegang tot het strand van het resort en plaats uw tenen in het zachte witte zand en duik in het kristalheldere water van de Golf van Mexico.

Op de tweede verdieping van dit op Meditteranean geïnspireerde huis vindt u de grote master-suite met inloopkast, een eigen badkamer met dubbele wastafel, inloopdouche en een groot ligbad. De eerste gast slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer. De tweede gast slaapkamer is een leuke stapelbed kamer met ingebouwde twee stapelbedden en een aangrenzende badkamer.

De veranda aan de achterkant van dit huis kijkt uit over het watergedeelte van Villa Lago en heeft een extra gedeelte voor de bestratingsafwerking met BBQ-grill om te koken terwijl u op vakantie bent!

Clean and Comfortable

The property was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay in San Destin and the amenities around the community from shopping, dining to the beach and golf. The only hiccup was the clothes dryer was broken so we couldn't wash clothes. My only wish would be to have had some negotiated discounts or benefits with the golf courses in the community. Overall everything was great.

Wonderful

We loved staying at this property. It was really cute! Beautifully decorated and clean. The location was great! Central and close to Destin and 30a. Having access to the golf cart was a plus too! The only complaint is that the dryer was not working our entire stay which was difficult when it came to our beach towels and wet clothing. We had to dry our stuff outside. But overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay at this property again if we had a working dryer.

Loved our stay. Great location, convenient amenities (golf cart, beach toys, etc.) We experienced 2 minor issues, but both were resolved relatively quickly. Upon checking in, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. By 10:30 the next morning, the property manager had come out and remedied the situation. Also, the dryer needed maintenance. 1 quick call and a couple hours later, it was working properly. No complaints from us. Would stay here again.

Great house and fun location for teens and adults!

The golf cart made it easy for my young adults/teens to go shopping and see the sights. The house was very clean. Kitchen supplies were lacking, so make sure you bring more necessities if you intend to cook. Otherwise, great place!

Fun and convenient

The home is beautiful and very close to the beach access and the neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous! There is a small patio with a grill and there’s a little river/pond with Lillie pads and the frogs sing to you at night. The garage is filled with lots of beach stuff like chairs, toys, and floaties. The golf cart is a 4 seater but when we had 4 adults in it it was struggling. One of the spare bedrooms has a curtain instead of a door and we didn’t realize that. Had we known we wouldn’t have chosen that home because we had no small children with us. Other than that everything was great!

Lovely home away from home!

Super clean, well appointed, great location. Would definitely visit again. A nice drive to the beach, a few steps to the pool and a beautiful development with manyrestaurant and shopping options just a cart ride away. My husbands only complaint was that the golf cart does not drive well. Seems unstable and appeared to have been in a bit of an accident at some point (visible scratches and cracks in body).

Home Away From Home

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I and our teenage boys. The home was immaculate and truly felt like a home away from home for a week. The location was great and we could get to the beach with ease with lots to do in our gated community as well. Did not want to leave...we will be back!

Great vacation

Our stay at Villa Lago was great. The location is superb and the townhouse was well stocked for our family of 5. The golf cart was an added bonus and allowed us to explore the awesome surroundings. Only downside was the 3rd bedroom upstairs did not have an actual door and the twin beds were very high off the ground and have no railing. The top bunk was at least 8 feet off the ground and there was no rail, so we were unable to use this room for our children, due to safety concerns. Little black bugs were also all over the sink in the master bath, which was frustrating but didn’t diminish our trip. There are 3 full baths upstairs, so we just used another one. Besides those 2 issues, the stay was amazing and the weather made it better. We wouldn’t stay in this particular home next time, mostly due to the bunk bed situation, but the area is our preferred location.
