'Mooie en ruime kamers. Maar het hotel was extreem druk met wachttijden bij het diner in buffetvorm. Het Kaseiki diner was redelijk, maar niet fantastisch. De omgeving is mooi, maar alles is gericht op massatoerisme. Geen 5 sterren hotel, meer 3 sterren. Dan dus een hoge prijs voor het gebodene. De service is -zoals overal in Japan- wel 5 sterren.'

'Absolutely beautiful and well worth the money to splurge on! We took advantage of a lot of what the hotel had to offer (for example, massages, facials, hotel restaurant, and even the nearby outlets). They do come at an extra reasonable price! Hotel is also beautiful and had a great view of MT Fuji, we were lucky to see it on a day it was clear during the morning hours. It is on the other side of Mt Fuji which if you are trying to visit Fuji Q Highland, Narusawa Ice Cave, or anything near...

'This property is one of a kind. The staff is amazing and will do everything they can to make your stay feel special and like your the only people there. The hotel itself is beautiful from the infinity pond with the bamboo forest behind it to the walkways to your room and beyond, and the food… the food is to die for. It’s an elegant selection of many dishes'

'Beautiful, the in room onsen was amazing and the room was awesome. Great staff. Great location. Wish I could stay for longer- perfect to break up the hustle and bustle of the big cities.
Make sure you arrive early- all of the attractions close around 5 pm, which I didn’t realize, but the staff stored my luggage while I went to explore on check out day.
The only thing that wasn’t amazing was dinner, but I didn’t go for one of the higher priced wagyu steaks. Otherwise , a perfect stay.'
