'Beautiful place staff is amazing ! Elite service is a must! Only unfortunate thing is that reservations to the steakhouse is awful was there 4 nights was never able to get a reservation. White party was a great but transportation is not available after 11pm'

'Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced. Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from. The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. 'We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm...
