'What a cute little home! We stayed overnight and had everything we needed. The property is so well taken care of - pretty flowers and trees everywhere! A nice little porch to relax on when the weather is right. The inside was perfect size for a couple - nice comfy queen bed - claw foot tub, perfect for soaking after a warm day exploring. Wish we could have stayed longer to relax in the serene yard... Ramon answered all our questions and he and his partner were so nice! We also enjoyed visiting...

'It was a great place to stay just 3 or so blocks from the beach. The Bungalow is an upstairs 1 bedroom apartment style vacation home. Downstairs is another unit called the bunkhouse. There is also a short term rental home. We all shared the beautiful grounds and had a great time hanging out with the other renters. There is ample parking in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were fantastic to deal with via text messages. The Bungalow was tastefully decorated and there is thoughtfulness...

'Perfect getaway! Such a great location and beautiful home. Loved the view of the river. The sunsets were so pretty. The walking trail sidewalk is so nice and safe even at night. We enjoyed walking on the scenic trail to eat. We would definitely stay again! '

'We stayed in the Carriage House, which despite being very old did have modern facilities. The air conditioning and shower were very good. The bed was comfortable with nice linen. It was good to have the option to stream films on the TV. We were sent an email from our host with instructions to access the property and park which also gave good recommendations to local restaurants and attractions.'

'This 2nd time we have stayed here as we again enjoyed it .Had a little confusion on the exact room we were to have ..but the Absolute Charm & Mara corrected it .Only suggestion is to have more trash cans available.Great View of the Mississippi River ..Very enjoyable '

'We are sorry to say that our stay was not as we had hoped for. Everything looked much more clean and fresh on the add pictures than in reality. On top we found a dead frog in the windowsill behind the bed and a cockroach walking out of the bathroom. The R&B is big and has great potential but needs TLC and a refreshment, repair of damaged '

Our son was competing in a race in Batesville and it was so convenient to have a quiet place to lay our heads during the off time. If we return for the race next year, we definitely want to stay at your place !'
