'Great hotel'

'The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff were all great and worked diligently to ensure we were taken care of from check in to check out. We both agreed the bar seems a bit understaffed and it took a while to get served, but it wasn't because the bartender was slow or ill equipped for the task, it was that she was covering the bar, the restaurant and the guest sitting in the bar area. The restaurant wait staff and hostess were very friendly and work hard to accommodate us even though...

'Beautiful property with excellent service. My only complaint would be the number of umbrellas available at the pool. There were plenty of umbrellas available for individuals who rented the upgraded chairs but they were very limited for those who didn't upgrade. I even tried to just rent an umbrella. Only about half of the upgraded chairs and umbrellas were occupied.'

'The staff was friendly and efficient, the facility is beautiful and well maintained, the food in the restaurants was excellent, and it was an all-around great experience. Would stay there again every time I'm in the area.'

'Grote kamers met grote badkamer. Buffet in het hotel was goed. Personeel niet zo vriendelijk daar. Tv was kapot, werd gelijk een nieuwe gehaald. Je krijgt korting met de play card. Ook krijg je 5 dollar om te spelen.'
