'I’d never stay here again. First the gave us a room with filthy bed sheets (stains etc). I asked to be transferred which took almost an hour since they only have 1 staff cleaning or checking the rooms. Finally, we got a room on the higher floor and upon checking the bed sheets, there’s a strand of hair (short so you can assume). I have no choice but to take it.
