We went during low season and got upgraded, so we got a balcony with Matterhorn views and a mini bar with a fridge, plates, eating utensils, glasses, kettle and a Nespresso machine…came in handy since only one restaurant was open during our stay. The spa was so relaxing, the Onsen can get crowded but we just waited for our turn and sometimes we had it to ourselves, the yurts were adorable, love their tea, bathrobes, and slippers. ...

'Op zich prima hotel, echter bij aankomst was er een teleurstelling de shuttle service kwam niet omdat men niemand had op dat moment..... moesten maar gaan lopen met onze spullen. wat niet te doen is met zo veel spullen. uiteindelijk een taxi genomen voor 10min reis tegen 25 euro kosten. toen wij gingen skien werden wij door een hele vriendelijke heer naar de piste gebracht en die zei bel gerust als jullie weer gehaald moeten worden.
