'Op zich prima hotel, echter bij aankomst was er een teleurstelling de shuttle service kwam niet omdat men niemand had op dat moment..... moesten maar gaan lopen met onze spullen. wat niet te doen is met zo veel spullen. uiteindelijk een taxi genomen voor 10min reis tegen 25 euro kosten. toen wij gingen skien werden wij door een hele vriendelijke heer naar de piste gebracht en die zei bel gerust als jullie weer gehaald moeten worden. 'Staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. Beautiful, remote location and an amazing staff that treated every guest personally. We were able to place specific breakfast order the night before and specify the time we would eat. The food in the restaurant for dinner was also amazing with both presentation and taste. 'It was awesome, we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was very nice too and staff is very friendly. We did felt a little bit lost at arrival opening doors and finding the room ourselves but overall is was a very pleasant stay. We will be back '

'There was no water for two days, no way to flush toilets, wash hands, take a shower. Expedia was informed but did not react for 72 hours. No one offered even drinking water. The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours. The hotel provided a full refund but Expedia would not provide it to the customer despite receiving it from the company. '

There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again.'

Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station .
