'The property was very clean and inviting. Tyler & Haley were great with communicating all information. There was plenty of room for myself, my husband, and our four kids. Ages ranging from 13-24. They also have plenty of extra fold out beds in the master closet if you need them. We were very pleased with our stay! '

'Our family of 4 used this as a base for our visit to Arches and Canyonlands. The property, location, and communication were all excellent. There was lots of room for luggage/bikes in the foyer, which was a big plus. '

'After a long day at Arches NP we bought a couple take and bake pizzas instead of going out because we were exhausted to find that the oven didn't work. After calling, emailing, and texting with no reply, we went back out and got other stuff to eat, frustrating. Property managers texted back the next morning. Dishes were dirty, floors were dirty, just a place to stay, it was fine. After staying in the same complex across the way, that place was excellent BTW, this one paled in comparison.'

'This house was perfect for our trip to Moab - Arches and Canyonlands. The views from the home were awesome. The house is close enough to the town to be very convenient, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay and would stay again. Sorry we couldn't stay longer!'

'Beautiful townhome about 5 miles from downtown Moab. Good rooms with comfortable beds, good lighting, and kitchen with whatever you need. Especially nice to have was a garage where we stored our bikes and equipment during the night. TV had cable but didn’t appear to be connected to the internet which is useful for Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, etc.'

'The condo was very nice — clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day of wheeling. The hosts were great and made everything easy. The only downside was the hot tub; it was lukewarm instead of hot, which was disappointing since I specifically booked the place for it. After a day on the trails, a truly hot tub would have been perfect. Otherwise, it was a great stay!'

'This condo was perfect for our family trip to Moab. The listing was very accurate! It took us about 15-20 minutes to drive to the entrance to Arches, this condo is on the far side of Moab. Canyonlands was about 45 minutes to the entrance. We loved that there were extra roll away beds so all the kids had their own space. There was a pack n play, but that was the only baby equipment (we did not need). The kitchen had all of the amenities we needed, and it was so nice to be able to fix meals after...

'Overall, the unit was clean and easy to access. The layout was nice and functional. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Everything was clean, with the exception of the washer; the door seal was moldy and the washer smelled of cigarette smoke. There were issues with the sliding glass door to the patio; the vertical blinds were missing 3 slats which compromised privacy and the sliding screen door was bent and did not close. Of note, the master bathroom shower did not provide a bench,...

'We had 15 people in our family group, ranging from toddlers to grandparents. We rented two condo units and had a wonderful time! Compared to other short-stay renters I've stayed at, these condos were particularly well-stocked (linens, towels, kitchenware, etc.). The kids LOVED the pool. We would definitely come back again! '
