Great space in a phenomenal location, very near the major intersection in town. Easy walk.
This unit was spacious , clean, and well appointed. Great kitchen, shower, bed, and living room. Window has view of Moab mountains.

Amazing location and perfectly stocked.
This condo is right in the center of town but tucked away for a peaceful retreat. The owner provided everything you could possibly need from cooking utensils to bathroom items. I especially appreciated all the labels and instructions for products, light switches, etc. Will definitely stay here again.

Very convenient
In downtown Moab we were able to walk to all of the restaurants we visited and it’s 10 minutes to Arches and 45 minutes to Canyonlands. The condo has EVERYTHING needed for a comfortable, at home stay. If you forgot something (a backpack in our case) it’s probably there. We made two meals utilizing the well provisioned kitchen.

We really enjoyed this property. It was close to downtown and trails. The home was comfortable and clean. Though we left early it was nice to not feel pressured to have to be out by 10 am. We would definitely try to rent here again if we travel to Moab in the future.

Comfortable Moab Stay
This is a well supplied, comfortable condo in East walking distance to the heart of downtown Moab. The hosts had thoughtful provisions with some food items, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and a well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the off road parking and found the condo near and clean on arrival. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

This unit is equipped with everything you need for a stay. Kitchen has everything you need. There are extra jackets, blankets. Very nice incase you forget something. It is only 1 block from main street, and far enough away it is not noisy. Private parking is nice, so you don't have to park on the street. Bike rack for your bikes and a cute back yard to have a bbq. LOVE this place

Perfect Location; Perfect Property
This was at least our 10th year staying in this property. Why do we continue to return to this property? It's tough to beat this property's location and lay-out. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, well stocked kitchen, comfortably furnished family room area. Storage shed is secure and stocked with a nearly new tire pump & useable bike stand. Apartment is easy walking distance to all Moab has to offer - restaurants, shopping, etc. and a very short drive to Milts. We know we cannot find better value in Moab! And the owner is responsive, kind and easy to work with.

Comfortable, clean, well stocked condo. Great location. Feels like the owner furnished it for them to live in with more quality furnishings and design, not like most places that seem to use the cheapest quality they can get away with. Tricky to find at night.

Road trip stay in Moab
My wife and I spent two nights here on a road trip through Colorado and Utah. The condo’s in a great location, close to restaurants and the main street. It’s very comfortable and clean with a well-stocked pantry. The owner has also provided plenty of information on the surrounding area which was helpful for us first-time visitors. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Moab.

So comfortable!
My husband and I stayed in this sweet condo in Moab after being on the road for six weeks and in and out of a lot of other types of lodging. This condo, by far, was the most comfortable and convenient! The bed was super comfy, the kitchen well equipped, and the location was quiet and ideal affording us the ability to walk to multiple nearby restaurants, shopping, etc. Communication with the owner was flawless and I highly recommend this downtown condo!!

Great little condo in downtown Moab
Great place to stay! Kel was very respinsive with any questions. It has a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed, and good sized living room. It also has a huge backyard area with several tables and parking. Cleanliness top notch, and a block walk to all the shops and restaurants in cute little downtown Moab! I would definitely stay again if ever I’m in the area again.

The property is in a wonderful location. Easy access to downtown Moab, but far enough to avoid the noise of cars and ATV vehicles. The unit is well equipped with everything you will need in the kitchen, washer & dryer, really nice bath. The outdoor space was really nice along with safe parking. Note that unit 4 is upstairs and there is no elevator, so moving in and out with luggage can be an issue for some people. My only complaint in Unit 4 is the cooling system. It’s not traditional A/C, but an evaporator system that is very noisy. It cools fine, but There is no way to sleep at night with the unit on. We had no idea before checking in that this was the case. There was clear instructions on how to operate the system along with an apology for the noise.

Wonderful Moab property - great location, but off of the main road
My family (wife and 12 year-old daughter) went to Moab for the first time. We loved this property. Perfect location to explore the area. Definitely worth a stay!

Moab - Downtown Condo
We loved our time at the Condo! This was our first time staying in a VRBO, and we have to say Kel set the bar high! They thought of everything as the condo was extremely well supplied, clean, comfortable, and homey. Can't beat the location and communication either! Our stay was perfect after several nights on the road. We also enjoyed the outside patio area. If we ever come back to the Moab area, we will stay here for sure!

Awesome. This facility was clean, Quite, in a great Moab location. Absolutely love the back yard and the bike shed. I brought mountain Road and and electric bike. This shed was perfect. Kept the bike there, a fan cooled the shed. Power to charge the electric bike. What more could you ask for. Appreciate all the art and wall hangings. A small issue with Internet service so if you need that verify that you have it. We did not! We biked dined and visited the parks all from here. We also did a rafting trip down cataract canyon at extremely high water WOW! Biked the La Sal loop (Big climbs) biked Porcupine Rim (Full enchilada was still snowed in) I recommend the the bike paths, Potash road, Klonzo Magnificent 7 and dead horse state park bike trails. A++ vaction and STAY on OFF Center. They have everything! Dave And Patti

Not long enough
We stayed in the Off Street condo for only 2 nights and really liked it. The location is great: a short walk to Main St and restaurants, and just a 10 minute drive to Arches NP. The condo was very clean, communication with the host was great, and the property had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to relax in the outdoor patio area at the end of the day with refreshments and agreed that for our next visit to Moab, at least a one week stay at the Off Street condo would be needed!

One of the best VRBO rentals ever! Location was amazing, with private gated parking. Arches/Canyonlands/ Dead Horse State Park and many BLM trails close by.Restaurants, shopping within walking distance. Well stocked kitchen with all the supplies for cooking, which we did. Kel was a wonderful host and we had a fantastic stay in Moab on our first visit. We received quick communication on questions prior to booking and an amazing Word document full of recommendations from hiking, biking, restaurants and other activities. We also took highway 128 as suggested from Grand Junction for the scenic route and was it ever!! The condo is perfectly centered in downtown and so much to do within walking distance. Was very clean, well stocked and super cozy to come home to after chilly days hiking in the parks. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and I’ve shared with others without reservations.

Great accommodations and so much to do in the area!
The condo was in a great location--very close walking distance to restaurants, shopping and downtown but quiet. The condo was very well decorated and had everything needed, especially a well stocked kitchen. The outside BBQ gas grill was a bonus--loved sitting out in the afternoon/evening in back yard. Fabulous area to visit being so close to National and State parks--never at a loss for things to do. Will definitely be back to this condo when visiting the area.

Delightful condo
This was one of my favorite VRBO stays ever! This condo is lovingly cared for, comfortable and in a truly great location. The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was labeled clearly and the kitchen well stocked. We really enjoyed having an easy parking spot for longer adventures as well as being able to just walk one block over to downtown. I will be keeping this condo in mind for future trips and recommending it to other family and friends too. Truly a gem!

This condo is perfect for walking to Main Street Moab restaurant and shops. Also a short drive from arches, canyonlands and dead horse point park. Easy check in and check out process. We loved staying here! It’s very clean and the kitchen has just about anything you might need to cook with. The location is perfect and you can walk to just about everything in town. The owner is great to work with and sent us information on Moab and things to do since it was our first time there. He also made sure we knew that Arches was requiring a time reservation to get in. We had a great vacation and I would recommend staying here to anyone!
