'Hospitality of the staff and the owners was amazing i only turned on staying their two days after seeing how peaceful and beautiful the property was i stayed in extra 5 days and i will definitely go back they are expanding to private bungalows and the first one is almost complete to share some time with them again wonderful people wonderful place did i mention they have a very nice salt water pool big bonus'

'It is very conveniently located by dive shops, restaurants and ocean. Was very affordable room. Could use upgrades but price point it’s expected. Our shower did not have any pressure at all and not much hot water. The front staff are very friendly. The pool was clean. ATM on site. '

'This accommodation is located around 15-20 min walk from the "hart" of Moalboal including the closest beach. It is an easy walk, or if more preferred, a motorbike or a tuk-tuk ride. The place was kept clean and tidy and the communication with the staff was very easy. They were very helpful with all the questions I had and one of the receptionists has greatly helped me on my last morning when I was heavily mistreated by some of the scam "taxi services". 'disgusting conditions and unreasonable staff. they have signs in the rooms that the septic system gets backed up and i'm assuming that this was the case. the room had an overpowering sewage smell. after arguing with the clerk and owner who thought that i should just stay in the room anyway, i waited a half hour for them to get me in another room that they guaranteed didn't smell, but as soon as the toilet in that room was flushed, that room smelled as well. after waiting for another half hour...
