'Very much enjoyed. However if you should have any conditions and or concerns the stairs are steep 2 the loft/bedroom. I am 68 years old and a hip that causes me pain, so I won’t be staying here again as it concerned me.'

'My family had stayed at Little Orca's Place a few years ago. When we decided to take another weekend excursion to the ocean, we knew we wanted to stay at the property again. The property offers great access to the beach and an easy drive to Ocean Shores, Pacific Beach, and other nearby spots. Moclips made for a cozy and relatively quiet locale to stay along the coast. With its well-equipped kitchen, we had most everything we needed to prepare our meals. And we could relax in the living room...

'Everything was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, and super clean. The unit was so charming and beachy themed. The beds were comfy and nice linens. Only down side is the living room windows face the main road. Bedroom was quiet with black out drapes. I will totally stay again.'

'Perfectly appointed with anything one might need- down to baking supplies and Aveda bathroom products. The beds are extremely cozy with extra pillows and blankets in reach. The home location is very close to town and the quick walk across the two lane, safe crossing, highway to the ocean. Highly recommend.'

'We and our dogs had a lovely stay here. The communication was great. The house was perfect for us. The backyard being fully fenced was a big bonus. Even had a little spot to wash the dirtiest dog. Kitchen was fully equipped. Would love to come back here again soon.'

'My adult daughter and I were totally pleased. The house was all that was advertised, and more. Clean, comfortable, very well-furnished kitchen. The description stated that there was no central heating, only a space heater. So we were pleasantly surprised to find a gas-powered heater in the living area that kept the house really cozy, even the bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The nearby beach access is apparently not maintained, so it was a bit difficult for me (83 yrs), but there is another...

'All the comforts of home! Have you ever gone somewhere and found out you didn't have an item, such as a corkscrew, salt or flashlights? This home had it all including a doggie basket filled with old towels and toys for the beach. The best part about the home was that it has 2 comfortable recliners that were perfect for watching the beach and sunsets. Easy access to the beach and an incredible deck to soak up some rays. We will definitely be back!'

'We have stayed here twice now and both times have been incredible. The pictures they show, don't do it justice. You just have to be there in person to truly appreciate it. The place is always clean, and the hosts are professional. I would recommend this place to anyone!'
