'These rooms far outweighed my expectations. There is a small kitchenette with minimal utensils that will meet basic needs during one's stay, including fridge, microwave, stove, cups plates, dishes etc. The facilities were great and free coffee is provided in the morning. Parking was easy and free, although I did notice that the hotel are starting a parking fee starting Monday 11th May 2026 of $7 per night. '

'We liked everything about The Boulevard Inn. The location was excellent. We enjoyed being able to walk to Cary Town as well as several outstanding museums in the area. The Inn is located in the neighborhood of many beautiful older homes which we found to be very interesting as we explored this part of historic Richmond. 'For a new hotel we had no hot water. Room was nice Breakfast was poor. The hostess seemed annoyed when asked about simple things like can we have some milk. Or can you get the pancake maker working. We usually have breads or muffins but not here. Although she seemed happy about getting food for herself to eat. When I or others asked the front desk person to help we thought she was talking to us but she was on her phone talking through her airpods She was on her phone all the time. Check in...
