'The room was clean, the shower was spacious and the beds comfortable.'

'Ontbijt voortreffelijk. Kamer is in 3 dagen niet schoongemaakt en moesten om schone handdoeken vragen. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.'

'The location is very good with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. I also really loved the unit – it was gigantic and so peaceful and beautiful. This will be my new go to spot when staying in Hamilton. Parking was a bit tricky.'

'De kamer was echt heel ruim en ideaal als gezinskamer. Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een leuke extra was de sociale avond op woensdag waar er drankjes en appetizers voorzien zijn. Ook het ontbijt was heel goed voorzien. Zo serveerden ze chia pudding, overnight oats en zelf burrito’s. Voor ieder wat wils dus.'

'Had to walk a long way with luggage from parking'

'When checking in we requested to be in a room that was not close to the elevators and shared we wanted to be in a quieter area - close to the elevators tends to be noisier. We were placed in room 502 facing Upper James. It was very loud. My advice would be to ask to not be placed in a room facing Upper James due to the constant traffic - especially at night. There were lots of unknown stains on the ceilings, walls and sheets. There is no water pressure if that matters to you. The TV / cable did...

'I went to this hotel because it was close to where I was getting a surgical pr'

'Great spot for charactercool old architecture! I was able to check-in early and check-out later, due to a very late flight. While waiting I was able to store my suitcase and check out the castle! First time in Hamilton and I will certainly be back.'

'The door to the room I was assigned did not even close. When I called the manager, I was assigned to another room. It did have a lock but I was not comfortable since the manager could change the lock remotely at any time. The stairs to the front door was not stable (second step broken) and there was no handrail on either set of steps. The building seemed to house college students or transient workers. The furniture was arranged so I could not charge my phone. There were only common amenities...

'Very dirty and gross. Way over priced for what it was Expedia should remove them from there website'

'This is what appears to be a very new and modern Hampton Inn. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I learned that when we arrived that I had accidentally booked my stay to start a day later and I was very impressed with the staff person’s ability to quickly adapt and adjust for my error. We were able to stay in the same room for the duration and I simply had to rebook the room the next morning which only took a few minutes. The room was spotless and the beds were quite comfortable....

'Beautiful hotel. Immaculate service and property'

'Wat we hadden verwacht, goed'

'Nice hotel at a convenient location next to the highway exit. Immediate surroundings are nothing interesting. Swimming pool was nice for our morning swim sessions. In the room, i knocked my head multiple times in the shower point. '

'Wij waren op doorreis. Per ongeluk een rookkamer geboekt. Geen enkele mogelijkheid om dat om te zetten naar een niet roken kamer.. Hotel ligt langs de snelweg en in de buurt is er niets te doen.'
