'The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. 'We loved our stay in this apartment. It is conveniently located and has all amenities you can think of. Boards and snorkel gear for the children. Well equipped kitchen. The bunk beds were super fun and the big television and nice couch were great for movie nights after spending all day out in the sun. Would highly recommend this place!'

'Poor host room was not clean. No cooking pots or pans. Limited silverware. We had to buy are our own cookware? gate fob didn't work half the time lighting was poor bulbs burnt out not even close to enough toilet paper needs a serious upgrade '

'The location is beautiful. It’s right on the golf course. It’s nice to have beach gear available. There is a short walk to the beach. There could be some attention to detail as far as cleaning goes. The bathroom downstairs needs a good scrub down. And the linens smell like bug spray. The loft is hot, while there is a free standing ac type unit up there, but there is so much dust on the filter that it doesn’t work. '

'We had a wonderful time. The condo was fully equipped with beach gear, air conditioning, laundry detergent, plastic wrap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and other small necessities. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay, which was very helpful. While the condo is undeniably old, it has been renovated and is comfortable. It's quiet and close to the beach, so we'd love to stay here again.'
