'There weren't cups in the room for the in-room hot water kettle. There were no English speaking staff available when we needed to check out on the last morning, which made it a little awkward. Otherwise, the staff was attentive and the room was very clean. It was convenient to the city center.'

'Great location, clean and comfortable. Close to everything, but really felt like we were in a neighborhood where people live and go to school, which made it feel special. The key situation was a little cumbersome since our cell service was spotty and after being out all day we were frequently worried our phones would die before we got back to the property to open the door. It was hard to get a taxi from the neighborhood to the airport at 4 a.m. when we had to leave--not sure if this was because...

Nel 2025, non mi aspettavo certo di trovare una sistemazione con un letto in quelle condizioni, pieno di affossamenti e scomodo al punto da rovinare il soggiorno. Sinceramente, è inaccettabile offrire un simile livello di qualità ai propri ospiti. Peccato, perché sarebbe bastato poco per rendere l’esperienza migliore. '
